As Director of Sales and Rehab Specialist, Dean has more than 20 years of rehab equipment knowledge and expertise. He gets a lot of satisfaction helping patients choose the most appropriate equipment to improve their quality of life, and is passionate about delivering Experea’s incredible products and service to help patients rebuild and reclaim their lives.

After a diving injury left him paralyzed years ago, Dean took up Wheelchair Rugby, traveling the world and eventually becoming a Paralympics Gold Medalist. He’s devoted his life to facilitating spinal cord injury support groups, donating his time to counsel and encourage those who are learning to adapt to life after a catastrophic injury.

He’s been a part of the Experea team since 2004. And, he’s the only one on staff to have shook hands with a U.S. President and to have appeared in People Magazine with then President Clinton, after winning the gold medal. He enjoys hand cycling with his wife and two kids – and anything to do with cars. He loves New Zealand because “it’s like the adventure capital of the world.”
