Walking With Anthony was founded in 2010 by Anthony’s mother, Micki Purcell. Born out of Anthony Purcell’s devastating spinal cord injury, this charitable organization is devoted to helping people cast aside their wheelchairs. Through Micki’s experiences with Anthony’s injury, she learned that many spinal cord injury victims and their families have no idea where to turn for help. Sadly, the majority have limited resources and are thrown out of rehab centers after only 20 days of treatment.

Experea is also very excited to have one of its very own employees, Annika Marmiroli, to be participating in the Bike MS event this year! She will be cycling for 100 miles to raise money for the foundation. Help her reach her goal and donate to this great cause.

The “Be Perfect” Foundation is an idea Hal Hargrave had during his stay at Casa Colina after his traumatic injuries. During his recovery now at Project Walk and The Claremont Club/Casa Colina Club, the Hargrave’s have been exposed to many SCI victims that do not have the financial means to cover all costs Recovery. There remains much to battle financially along side the battle towards recovery, and some more than others need immediate assistance from those that are able! Hal Hargrave is also a dear friend and client of Experea Healthcare and we could not be more thrilled and honored to be a part of his courageous journey towards recovery and helping others, who are going through what he had to experience, to heal and stay positive.
